The RO Utility Operator is responsible for the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the water treatment systems, including RO units and associated utilities used in cosmetic manufacturing. This role ensures continuous supply of purified water meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor RO water treatment systems, water softeners, pumps, filters, and chemical dosing units.
Conduct routine water quality tests (pH, conductivity, TDS, etc.) and record results.
Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning (CIP/SIP) of RO systems.
Ensure compliance with GMP and water quality specifications required for cosmetic production.
Maintain accurate logs and documentation for audits and internal reporting.
Report anomalies, alarms, or deviations in system performance.
Coordinate with the maintenance and quality departments when required.
Ensure safe handling of chemicals used in the water treatment process.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Technology.
3+ years of experience operating RO or water treatment systems in an industrial environment.
Knowledge of water purification processes, pumps, valves, and chemical dosing systems.
Understanding of GMP, HACCP, or ISO standards is preferred.
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
