Role Description
Preparing the required maintenance plans for all the company's equipment and sites.
Following up on the implementation of preventive maintenance plans for all the company's equipment (stations - pumps - mixers - loaders - generators - all company vehicles).
Supervising medium and major repairs (overhauls).
Following up on the balances in the warehouses for spare parts for the company's equipment and creating a strategic inventory to reduce the time of breakdowns.
Periodic supervision of maintenance engineers present at external sites and stations to follow up on the implementation of maintenance and repair plans and determine the efficiency of the workers present at the sites.
Making a decision to repair any equipment by the agency and following up on the equipment in the agencies under repair.
Approving technical tests for drivers and operators before appointing them to the company.
Supervising the efforts of the maintenance crew and directing them properly.
Participate in the selection and employment of maintenance staff in terms of job analysis, description and identification of required qualifications.
Determine the training needs of the maintenance staff and the type of training required for each individual.
Evaluate the efforts of the maintenance staff in terms of identifying effective and objective evaluation models for the performance of the maintenance staff.
Submit periodic reports on maintenance work and achievements to the General Manager of the company.
Ensure that all employees in the maintenance department implement all regulations, policies and procedures organized by the company.
Qualification
Experience in concrete or heavy transport only.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
