:Job Description

Maintain and establish database for the current 90+ injection molds that the company operate.
Risk analysis of whole shutdowns expected related to molds problems.
Loading molds on the machines according to production plan.
Prepare and implement the molds maintenance plans to ensure the smooth flow production (Routine maintenance, Simple preventive maintenance, Inspection maintenance, General maintenance, Major maintenance)
Responsible for Providing and manufacturing critical mold spare parts.

:Job Requirements

Knowledge of common engineering plastics used for injection molding .
At least 2 years’ experience in Mold maintenance and making – specially from an industry which require precise molding.
Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering.
Be ready to work and learn in all the activities that are done by the mechanical maintenance department.
