Job Description:
Answer incoming calls from customers who want to place special orders.
Respond to inquiries, manage complaints.
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Route calls to appropriate resources.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree
Males Only
V.good English
1- 3 years of experience in a call center environment is a must
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Excellent data entry and typing skills
Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately
