Dr. Scent Egypt is a leading provider of innovative scenting solutions for businesses. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Outdoor Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing B2B client relationships. This role requires a proactive sales approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in the field
:Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients across various sectors such as hospitality, retail, healthcare, and corporate
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract new clients
Schedule and conduct meetings to present our scenting solutions to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns
Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Track and report on sales activities and performance using CRM tools
Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure proper installation and maintenance of scenting systems
Share feedback and insights from the field to support product and service improvement
Plan and organize daily work schedules to efficiently cover your assigned territory
Manage travel expenses and ensure efficient use of company resources
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
