المهام المطلوبة:

الاحتفاظ بسجلات الدخول الخاصة بالعملاء والموظفين.
تحديث ملفات وطرق المساعد الذاتي حتى تساعد العملاء والموظفين على حل المشاكل البسيطة بأنفسهم وتوفير الوقت.
التعاون مع المهندسين المتخصصين والمشاركة في حل المشكلات الأكثر تعقيدًا.
متابعة واصلاح الاجهزة والمعدات والاشراف على كفاءتها والتأكد من أنها تعمل بشكل سليم.
Responsibilities:

o Responsible for the installation and configuration of new software and hardware, including the server network, devices and firewalls
o OS installing and administration of Windows server 2019/2016 servers and hyper V machines
o Implement the policies for the use of the computer system and network, Setup security policies for users
o Maintain system efficiency, perform data backups and disaster recovery operations and monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware
o Configuring and administer Veam backup server
o Troubleshoot problems reported by users, and evaluate and modify system's performance.
o Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, attendance systems, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
o Installing and configuring IP Cameras and Cameras recording system
o Installing and configuring voice gateways 3cx VoIP system, cisco call manager, ATA, cisco IP Phones and Vonage devices
o Installing, Administrating and Troubleshooting Windows Server 2012 and 2019, Firewall (FortiGate) and familiar with Microsoft Office 365.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or IT relevant
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Information Technology Infrastructure and Systems Administration.
• Good hands-on Veeam backup software and data backup/recovery
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• English Language (mandatory)
• Certifications (plus)
• Windows Server Virtualization Configuration
• MCSA: Windows Server 2012/2016
• MCSE: Core Infrastructure certification
• CCNA
• A strong desire to learn and grow in technical skills, primarily the ability to manage, install, troubleshoot, and update firewalls and VPNs
