Supervise reservation Team and support them for any conflicts..
Create reservations booked daily.
Create arrival report daily.
Responsible for hotel payments.
Responsible for reservation system.
Responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures.
Liaise with Sales Department in regards to occupancy, Rates Reservation's Analysis.
Knowledgeable in hotel and guest room facilities/services and ensures reservations agents aware with updated services and facilities.
Responsible for various Production reports and supply to each department concerned.
Follows up tentative bookings and update reservation status
Reviews no-show and cancelled reservations and processes charges according to hotel’s policy
Responsible for work schedule
