:Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute creative content strategies tailored to the fashion and footwear industry.
- Create engaging posts (photos, videos, stories, reels) across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Stay updated with the latest trends, hashtags, and viral content to incorporate into campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with product launches, promotions, and seasonal trends.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and comments on social media.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to maximize outreach and brand visibility.
- Manage the social media calendar to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement.
:Requirements
- Experience:* 1-5 years of proven experience in content creation, preferably within the fashion, footwear, or e-commerce industry.
- Creativity:* Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Trend Awareness:* Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, challenges, and tools.
- Tools Expertise:* Proficient in using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), or similar platforms.
- Communication Skills:* Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic (English is a plus).
- Social Media Knowledge:* Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms.
- Flexibility:* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Personality:* Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented.
