Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter at Egyptian Pearl's. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as managing the hiring
process and maintaining employee records.Qualifications
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills.
Responsible for the recruitment process from A-z.
Knowledge of HR processes and regulations.
Experience in resume screening and interviewing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and organization skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
