*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Payroll Management:*
- Process payroll on a bi-weekly/monthly basis, ensuring all employee hours, overtime, and bonuses are accurately recorded.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data to verify accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
2. *Employee Database Maintenance:*
- Update and maintain the employee database with accurate personal information, salary details, and employment status changes.
- Ensure that all employee records are current and compliant with company policies and legal regulations.
3. *Personnel Administration:*
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including preparation of necessary documentation and communication.
- Coordinate and track employee leave requests, benefits, and other personnel-related matters.
4. *Compliance and Reporting:*
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies regarding payroll.
- Prepare and submit mandatory reports to government agencies and internal stakeholders as required.
5. *Issue Resolution:*
- Serve as a point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Provide assistance and guidance to employees regarding their payroll and personnel inquiries.
6. *Collaboration with HR:*
- Work closely with the HR department to streamline payroll processes, benefit administration, and other personnel matters.
- Participate in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience in payroll processing and personnel management.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
